Michele Elliott – CEO

Michele Elliott is the former co-founder and Managing Director of the Australian operations of What If! – the world’s largest privately owned innovation company.

Prior to this, Michel had over ten years experience in the investment banking world, was a director of Macquarie Bank and worked in an executive risk management position at Chase Manhattan Bank in Sydney.

Michele’s development base comes from the fact that she is an Economics graduate and Chartered Accountant who had eight years in the professional services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Whilst there she was involved in managing large client assignments, business process re-engineering, technical accounting and interpersonal skills training, mentoring and coaching of teams as well as new product development.

Throughout her career Michele has worked in many roles around the world innovating in strategic thinking, people practices, services and products, risk management structures, business processes and customer service experiences.

Kerrie Reid – Chief Operating Officer

Kerrie is an experienced operational manager of complex processes and systems. She left her role as a director at Macquarie Bank to become an entrepreneur, starting her own very successful property investment company.

Kerrie joined Inspirate as Chief Operating Officer in 2015 and has been the magic that makes our global business work in the most effective way possible.

Rebekah Taka – Executive Consultant 

Rebekah has lead transformation, customer experience and digital strategy and delivery across multiple globally leading brands both in Australia and New Zealand. Her work has won numerous awards both for its elegance and customer and business impact.

In her spare time Rebekah is a passionate coach and mentor and an indulgent mum of two.

Fern Lecuna – Artist, Illustrator, Designer, Scribe, Graphic Facilitator  

Fern combines exceptional artistry with business strategy. With 27 years of experience as a graphic designer and artist Ferns skills are in demand around the world. His unique view on the world inspires and unlocks innovation.
